A total of 30 Indian entrepreneurs were recognised and awarded by Indian Entrepreneurs Chamber of Malaysia (IEcM) in their inaugural Asean Business Excellence Awards 2018 held in Malaysia.
Officiated by Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed and IRDA’s Chief Executive Datuk Ismail Ibrahim, the event awarded 11 local Indian entrepreneurs and 19 entrepreneurs from India, Nepal and Indonesia respectively.
Formed in 2012, IECM is a business chamber that uses networking and the networking platform as a primary mode of sharing local and international industry movements, market happenings; knowledge, information gathering and opportunities acquisition.
Apart from the awards programme, IECM MOU signed with International Federation of Professional Trainers (IFPT) for collaboration of the industry players from India and Malaysia.
Headed by Dr.h.c.Azeeza Jalaludeen, Founder of SHINE GoGLOBAL, Singapore, and Director of Asia Operations for IFPT, the south Indian business Delegates and award winners were very delighted on the various opportunities presented in Malaysia and connections to other parts of ASEAN business contacts.
